As a HVAC Technician, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and ensure desired sales metrics. You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Job Duties:
Ability to perform allHVAC repairs and replacements to code
Ability to do work associated with theHVAC project thehomeowner requirements
Must be capable of troubleshooting, diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to the homeowner
Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
Must be capable of performing a thorough and accurateHVAC inspection and communicating findings to the client
Ability to complete paperwork legibly and in an understandable manner
Ability to communicate with dispatcher and call center personnel (ie: Debrief, email, etc) and take direction from them
Ability to perform calculations necessary forHVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes
Must comply with all safety standards and processes
Must know and adhere to all statemechanical codes
Ability to communicate the benefits of planned maintenance to the client
Must be responsible to follow up on calls needed
Ability to learn and perform our Customer Service System
Accountable for maintaining cleanliness of truck
Accountable for maintaining accurate and quality inventory on truck
Must present a professional image by arriving on time, wearing company uniforms, and being neat, and well groomed
Job Requirements:
Three years of residential experience
EPA license
Clean driving record and valid drivers license
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Ability to pass drug test
Posses analytical and mechanical aptitude
Solid communication skills
Ability to recognize and locate conditions which require repair and maintenance work
