Department Marketing Statement
Roush is looking for Shop Helpers to join our team. We have multiple positions on the day shift available in our Livonia, MI facility. These positions will utilize basic mechanical skills learned in high school and vocational experiences and will expand on this knowledge with hands on training. There are positions available in the composite group, electronics lab, and trim shop.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of high school / vocational shop experience
High school diploma or equivalent
0 -3 years of work experience
Must have a clean driving record
Proven experience working with hand tools
Must be willing and able to purchase tools
Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail
Must possess the skills to read, comprehend, and execute written instruction
Must be a motivated, self-starter and be willing to learn
Must have reliable attendance and be willing to work overtime/weekends
Preferred Skills
Composite experience
Electrical, wiring, and/or soldering
Industrial sewing
