POSITION PURPOSE
Provides operational support for the measurement and improvement of clinical quality. Collects and analyzes data for multiple committees and other reporting needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of computers and data analysis as normally obtained through a Bachelor's degree. Two years healthcare or clinical experience is desired. Must possess advanced analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Must be well organized and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision, which includes setting one's own priorities and actively seeking direction in case of conflict. Must be a team player and possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity and caring. Must be able to make decisions based on logical thinking and ethical principles. Ability to propose constructive win - win solutions.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Masters degree preferred. Strong profiency in Microsoft Excel preferred. Statistical training preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
