Responsible for innovating, designing, developing, and launching power steering components, systems and features; working on hardware, software, and calibration of electric power-assist steering; developing and releasing of steering controls features including development of algorithms, software, safety analysis, failure mode analysis, tools and in-vehicle tuning using Python and MATLAB; working on steering column and gear hardware; as well as with vehicle development engineers for refining functional characteristics of the steering system, features and the vehicle; running system and vehicle tests, bench tests for specific functions, and managing supplier timing and supporting vehicle builds using ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, CAN and LIN communication protocol, and CAN tools such as VehiceSpy, and CANalyzer.
Location: Livonia, MI and other multiple undetermined worksites throughout the U.S.
Salary: $87,360.00 per year
Education: Masters Electrical and Computer Engineering; Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree).
Training: None
Experience: Three (3) years in the position above, or as a Senior Test Engineer, Configuration Management Analyst, Software Engineer, or in a related occupation.
Previous experience must include use of ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, MATLAB, Python, and CAN and LIN communication protocol.
Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or work experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
