Key Job Duties:
The primary responsibility of the position is to drive and grow new business revenue. You'll manage client relationships to ensure that your clients' needs and requirements are met. This will require you to serve as their advocate within Farmers to provide them with a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and options.
Qualifications:
-No prior sales experience is needed, however, sales experience is a plus
-College degree a plus but not required
-Goal-oriented, and thrives in a reward-based atmosphere
-Excellent written and verbal communications, as well as positive interpersonal skills
-Optimistic attitude demonstrating positivity, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and exceptional work ethic
-Organizational and time management skills
-Eventually become insurance licensed
Training and Growth:
When working with Farmers, you will receive extensive sales training, product training, and support from your District Office throughout your career. This will help you create more business and exceed the expectations of your clients.
Getting Started:
Through the first 3 years, Farmers Insurance provides an excellent performance based subsidy program of up to $97,500. This program is in addition to your commissions.
