This position is in a call center and contractors will be on the phone requiring excellent communication skills. Experience working with POS (Point of sale) systems is required. Call center experience is required. UNIX experience is required. Candidates should be comfortable with working any hours between 8am - 8pm depending on shift needs and a rotating Saturday schedule. Any PCI compliance experience is a plus.
Interview process
a)We would like to conduct a short phone interview with a few basic screening questions and then bring candidates in based on their screening questions.
What specific technical skills, programs, systems experience are you looking for on your requests?
a) Unix, technical troubleshooting, Point of Sale experience, credit card processing, pc peripheral installation, logical thought process, bilingual (is a plus).
Responsible for screening, referring and diagnosing internal or external inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of pharmacy management, point of sale and related systems. May assist in performing minor troubleshooting in the identification of applicable problems relating to pharmacy management servers, point of sale servers, applications software and basic information systems communications. Education: High school diploma, vocational training or equivalent
Experience: Entry level experience Knowledge/Skills: May have knowledge of a wide variety of software, hardware and PC operating systems is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
