We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to provide HR leadership to the McKesson Pharmacy Systems & Automation (MPS&A) business. This position will be based in our Livonia, MI office.
The HRBP will provide a broad range of strategic HR
services
to the MPS&A leadership team to proactively translate the group's business needs into HR solutions that best enable the team to meet its strategic objectives. The HRBP will act as an extended leadership member and close advisor to the leadership team, developing strategic talent and workforce plans, advising on organization development needs and proactively addressing all human capital concerns.
Position Description
Advise, coach and counsel the MPS&A organization in identification, prioritization, and building of required organizational and people capabilities e.g. (performance management, talent issues, workforce productivity solutions and programs).
Lead organization design, effectiveness and development initiatives.
Develop and oversee HR programs including employee engagement planning, talent review process, employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
Collaborate with HR shared services leaders and leverage HR Support Center and other Centers of Expertise when applicable to deliver HR solutions.
Champion and steward the organization's culture; drive alignment between McKesson overall culture and value-based subcultures.
Participate as a member of the MPS&A Leadership team.
Conduct organizational assessments and work with MPS&A leaders/teams to determine appropriate solutions.
Develop and deliver workforce productivity strategies and initiatives that align to the Business engagement plan.
Partner with Business leaders/teams to develop and deliver engagement strategies and initiatives
Minimum Requirements
5
years
human resources
experience.
Critical Skills
Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to Human Resources.
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication skills
Business and strategic planning skills
Strong developer of organizational talent

Ability to effectively influence and coach

Additional Knowledge & Skills
Experience working in matrixed environments preferred.
Experience working in a Shared Services/COE environment preferred.

Demonstrated analytical skills with experience developing and/or tracking HR metrics.
Education
4-year degree in business, related field or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements
General office demands. Travel up to 20%.
