Our Livonia client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant who is able to multi-task and effectively communicate with fellow team members.

Qualifications Required:
Three to five years of work experience in a customer - centric organization
Three to five years of work experience as an Administrative professional
Proven proficiency in the Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
Proven professionalism when dealing with clients, partners and internal workforce

Qualifications Desired:
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products
Proficiency in Microsoft Access
and office skills
Working knowledge of CRM systems, "Salesforce.com" preferred
Calendar management experience
Previous experience in travel management

Compiling data for use in the development of department reports
Timely updating of the product demonstration calendar
Updating our CRM
Proper distribution of sales leads that come to us via email and/or telephone
Proper routing of end user telephone calls to distribution channel
Making travel arrangements for team members
Assisting CPSG members in the development of presentation materials
Accurately completing expense reports for team members
Updating weekly, monthly management status reports
Meeting coordination
Administrative support of new departmental employees
Administration of departmental purchase orders, office supply orders, print requests, et al
Provide Administrative back up and support to other department Administrative staff as assigned

Self-motivated. Able to organize, prioritize, and accomplish tasks efficiently even through regular interruptions
Time -management - ability to effectively manage multiple tasks from a variety of sources

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
