Hofmann has an exciting Maintenance Technician position that pays $25- $36 an hour with our automotive client Brose in Warren, MI.

Your tasksoComply with safety regulations; maintain clean and orderly work areas.
oPerform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
oRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
oDiagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustmentsoDetect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
oPerform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
oBooked all maintenance activities in SAP-PM, check out spare part used and report any spare part shortage to proper supervision.
oParticipate on the daily shift PFM level 1 meeting and address any maintenance issue.
oParticipate in shift handover meeting with team member to highlight any maintenance concern for the shift.
oParticipate in continuous improvement workshops and submit at least 2 ideas per year in the plant idea suggestion system.
oOther duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
Your ProfileoAssociate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; orequivalent combination of education and experience.
oOver 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentoFamiliarity with ISO 14001, TS 16949, and OSHA requirements desirable.
