refrigerated facility operating 24/7, is currently seeking Warehouse Production Graders to join our team.
In this critical role, you will work on production lines to sort incoming raw product:
peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers; ensuring that all product meets the required specifications for our customers.
Full time shift:
Days and Nights, 12-hour shifts; 3 /4 work week; equivalent to working 14 days/month A1:
Sunday-Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays; 5am-5pm Primary Function:
Learn various customer product specifications, and work on production lines to sort incoming raw product (peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.
) according to these specifications.
This critical function is responsible for maximizing the usage of incoming product by ensuring that all product that meets the specifications goes into a finished package, while any product that does not meet the specifications gets properly sorted and separated.

Responsibilities:
Learn and memorize general and customer-oriented specifications for raw product.
Utilize learned specifications to quickly and accurately sort raw product.
Education/Background Requirements:
Previous experience working with produce or in a production environment preferred.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Ability to learn and retain a wealth of product and customer knowledge.
Ability to make critical decisions quickly and repeatedly.
Manual dexterity:
ability to work with hands for the entire shift.
Working Conditions:
Refrigerated warehouse (40 degrees).
Must be capable of frequently lifting up to 30 lbs.
Position requires standing and walking for the entire shift.
