Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Acts in a courteous, professional, customer focus manner Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology Proficient with MS Office and Quickbooks Ability to Multi-Task Ability to take down customer orders and input information accurately into the company's dispatch system.
