Position Summary We're looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join the Jani-King of Detroit, Inc.
team! We need someone who can support and train our franchisees, as well as provide top-notch customer service to our clients.
As an Operations Manager, you'll be overseeing cleaning projects with staffing levels of over 140 people, scheduling daily cleaning tasks and year-round project work, and participating in meetings with the client's executive level personnel.
You'll also perform daily inspections to ensure quality control.
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, be a problem solver and have excellent leadership abilities.
Supervisory experience is a must, and previous experience in a similar position would be a big plus! You should also be able to react quickly to changing situations and be extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to give written feedback and action plans.
