We are looking to add to our retail family - if you have a passion for helping people, growing your knowledge base, and working with a great team, then we are looking for you! Position
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers, responding to questions, helping with interior and exterior color selections, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service Operating POS system, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers Achieving established goals set by store manager Directing customers to merchandise within the store Superior product knowledge - don't worry, this is taught and comes with time! Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers Mix and match paints and stains Complaint handling - turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer, with empathy and tact Other duties as required by store manager Position Requirements:
Ability to work 40-44 hours per week Work every other Saturday The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally Experience not necessary, but helpful.
Ability to see color Valid Driver's License Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment The ability to read, write, and perform basic math Position
