Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Supervise and train office staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies - Develop and implement training programs for new employees - Manage calendars and schedule management for executives - Oversee front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
