DescriptionADMINISTRATIVE & MARKETING COORDINATORThe Administrative & Marketing Coordinator is a friendly and assertive professional integral to maintaining a positive work environment.
Your hands on involvement with restaurant operations, as well as knowledgeable efforts in administrative, marketing and communications responsibilities, will be essential to having a successful restaurant operation and a culture of care.
All responsibilities will be conducted in conjunction with the Executive Team.
In this role, you will oversee the execution of restaurant administrative efforts, ensuring compliance and implementation of Chick-fil-A Livonia's mission and talent strategy.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
oCarries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
oManage restaurant email (i.
e.
donation requests, CARES notifications, etc.
)oMaintain Operator interview scheduleoUpdate Attendance TrackeroCreate and distribute employee newsletteroAssist in ordering/updating restaurant d cor and marketing materialsoWhen needed, assist in restaurant operations which may include day and evening shiftsoOrder, organize, document, and distribute uniformsoAssist with team member outreach, surveys, engagement activities, and trainingoAssist Operator and HR Manager with talent management execution which includes on-boarding, orientation, training,and staff communicationoDocument required employee conversations, promotions, rewards, etc.
oWork with leadership team to deliver operational excellence to ensure a remarkable guest experience at every point ofcontactoMaintains administrative inventory suppliesoExhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail.
Requirements Administrative Writing Skills Knowledge of appropriate software including:
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat 3 or more years of marketing and/or event experience High level of organizational skills and problem solving 2 or more years of restaurant experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent education required Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance Company InformationIn our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients.
