Marketing Manager - Wag N Wash - Hybrid

Overview:
This role will provide support to Wag N Wash franchise owners in all aspects of marketing, including new and existing stores.
Provide education and training for owners on existing and emerging marketing programs, resources, and opportunities to build awareness and generate traffic.
Develop, execute, and analyze marketing initiatives to drive neighbor acquisition, reactivation, retention with favorable ROI.

Qualifications:
Development of Wag N Wash Marketing Campaigns Develop, execute, and analyze strategic programs supporting key business initiatives and opportunities.
Leverage vendor and national advertising funds to effectively drive acquisition, reactivation and overall brand awareness.
Influence the franchise community to buy into the programs and campaign execution.
Partner with analytics team to provide recaps on performance and campaign effectiveness.
Franchise Marketing Education Serve as communication liaison to franchise owners, providing education and information on national marketing programs, local spend initiatives, brand standards and marketing resources.
Provide coaching and guidance to drive acquisition, reactivation, and retention metrics, while reinforcing long-term benefit of neighbor lifetime value for profitability/margin.
Work cross-functionally with Pet Central and external partners, vendors, and agencies to provide effective tools ensuring franchise markets are equipped for success.
Prioritize and leverage centralized marketing capabilities to drive the business forward On-site evaluations and franchisee meetings for development and learning opportunities.
Execution of Franchise Marketing Programs Develop, execute, and analyze strategic programs supporting key business initiatives and opportunities.
Leverage knowledge of historical tactical performance, marketing industry trends and best practices to explore, recommend, execute, and evaluate the performance of marketing tactics.
Partner with operations to provide field team with reporting on marketing performance for franchise stores.
Work with Pet Central Grand Opening Team and agencies to onboard new stores onto local marketing programs and tactics utilizing required local advertising investment following Grand Opening activities Work with Pet Central Event Team to encourage and support participation in in-store, community events and other engagement activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required 4
years of experience in a cross-functional marketing role required Experience in measuring marketing and advertising performance Ability to multi-task and work with cross functional teams Proven skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience working with retail, pet and multi-location/franchising models is a plus Travel expectation up to 15% About Company:
