As the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times- Training, disciplining, and supervising staff- Assisting in managing finances and inventory/supply systems- Developing new business initiatives to grow sales & profits- Managing operations of restaurant during assigned shiftsThe ideal candidate should possess the following
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience working in a supervisory/management role in a similar environment (QSR/Fast Casual preferred)- Proven leadership abilities with excellent organizational skills- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards- Solid communication skills both verbal and written- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferredBenefits offered, but not limited to:
