Quick Apply Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description Our small consulting and engineering firm is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, training and development, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Additionally, this position will be responsible for coordinating employee travel and updating marketing materials.
KEY
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of employee files, including documentation of employee relations issues, performance reviews, and other HR-related matters.
Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
Maintain and update the employee handbook and other HR-related documentation.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
Coordinate employee travel arrangements and accommodations.
Update marketing materials, including the company website, social media, and other promotional materials.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a consulting or engineering firm.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including federal and state employment laws.
HR Certification Preferred DEI Certification Preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.
Experience coordinating employee travel and updating marketing materials.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
