OVERVIEW The Masco Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for day-to-day management, troubleshooting and strategic direction of technical infrastructure supporting the Masco Corporate locations. Specific responsibilities include deployment, patching, maintenance and lifecycle management of servers (on-prem and in the Cloud), conference room technology, eFax and print capabilities. This position will be responsible for addressing and resolving all Infrastructure and Operations Level 3 incidents. The infrastructure engineer interacts with all areas of IT and other business functions and builds partner relationships to architect and maintain a stable platform on which to support the business. Technical Qualifications The position offers unique and exciting challenges owing to the vast array of products in Masco's portfolio including Microsoft Operating Systems, SCCM, and Active Directory. In this position, you will partner with multiple highly motivated and hardworking technical leaders around the organization to develop and maintain new products and optimize existing product lines. This will require developing applicable test approaches, interpreting data, and reporting findings to partners across our enterprise. As a team, we work together to lead Cloud technology (Microsoft Azure) and virtual desktops. Solid understanding of meeting room technology deployed throughout Masco including Surface Hubs, Teams Phones and Room Wizards along with the overall administration and strategic oversight of Y-Soft print technology used within the organization. This position requires a high degree of technical knowledge and highly developed ability to conceptualize and anticipate problems, many times with little or no precedent. This person will work independently with little guidance. The ability to communicate both verbally and written with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization is needed. The role also requires advanced planning and organization. The ideal candidate possesses good project management and analytical skills. You should be flexible and able to multi-task due to the complexity and volume of work involved. Being creative and knowledgeable of manufacturing methods, continuous improvement, and lean production systems will help you succeed. This opportunity will also allow you to learn the needs of our customers, employees, and suppliers and develop solutions using Microsoft 365 tools. Ability to propose and estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives and multiple technical solutions to business problems is key. We are seeking a self-starter who demonstrates ownership of responsibilities and the ability to articulate how new technologies could fit into our environment with minimum supervision. Experience Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related study, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft tools and patching technology.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
