Job Description
Audit business processes and IS operations
Recommend improvements
Project and time management to ensure the efficient and effective completion of audit procedures
Provide field leadership as needed, (auditor in-charge)
Assist Management in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements through self-assessment and testing
Provide management consulting services participation special projects, teams and fraud investigations, as needed
Obtain a broad understanding of the businesses, operations and processes to enable risk based auditing
Arrange travel requirements consistent with the company's policy and limitations to perform audits of global operations, including visa applications, passport, airfare, hotel reservations, rental cars, etc
Qualifications
Three to five years minimum experience with client/server platforms (Linux, AIX, UNIX, Windows AD, AS400, Oracle Database)
Ability to travel (by airplane and car) in excess of 30%, including international assignments that will require weekends out of town, passport required.
Clear understanding of IS audit methodologies (COBIT, risk-driven and business process oriented audit approach that includes General IS controls etc.)
Professional Certification(s) desirable (CPA, CMA, CIA, CISSP, CISA, etc.)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
