The purpose of this position is to provide the leadership and coordination between Behavior Technicians within a particular group while being a team member themself. The position is responsible for assuring materials, data sheet management and assessments are performed. It is also to promote consistency of implementation across Behavior Technician's plan implementation. This position consists of on-site support and ongoing skills training for team members, in addition to that provided by the BCBA, assurance that all on-site agency guidelines are followed, facilitating the success of the Behavior Technician through training and materials resources, and providing feedback to the BCBA. In addition a Lead Behavior Technician acts as a Skills Coach providing Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy to AHSS clients as scheduled and participating in Team Meetings. This person will utilize their skills and capabilities to their fullest potential and continue to develop them by working collaboratively with the BCBA to further the client's programs and achieve results.
Required Skills:
Minimum two to five years experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
Experience assessing skills & deficits across a variety of domains
Experience with ABA methodologies
Extensive experience with motivational methodologies and reinforcement practicesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
