Associate Counsel
The candidate provides direction, guidance, and assistance on legal matters related to organization and its operating entities within a specific area of expertise including, taxation, long term care, health networks, acquisitions/divestitures, physician contracts, employment/regulatory compliance and general corporate healthcare law. Serves as an experienced high-level specialist with responsibility for an important aspect of the organization's legal work, regularly interfaces with senior management and key administrators on legal problems/issues relative to a particular area of specialization or expertise and may provide functional training/guidance to less-experienced attorneys. May be assigned to organization corporate or a specific Ministry Organization (MO) providing legal counsel consistent with the organization Legal Department, and in coordination with the needs of the assigned MO senior management team, and the strategies and priorities of the organization.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
